Method

  • Line a baking tray with Cling Film (optional)

  • Melt the Milk Chocolate, then poor into the tray and level out covering the bottom. Leave to set.

  • Break and grind up 6 to 8 of the candy canes, remember to leave 2 for sprinkling over the top.

  • Melt the white chocolate, and add the broken / ground up candy cane to this. Spread this over the Milk Chocolate.

  • Before it sets, sprinkle the remaining 2 broken up candy canes over the top.

  • Allow to set in the fridge for a few hours.

  • Lift it out of the tray, remove the cling film and break up into shards of various sizes.
  • Ingredients

    • 1 Large Bar of Milk Chocolate
    • 1 Large bar of White Chocolate
    • 8/10 Peppermint Candy Canes

    An American traditional sweet for Christmas. Doesn't look great, but I urge you to try it as its so simple to make and tastes great :)
