Method

  • Mix all the above ingredients together in a jug. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish spoon mixture over them, there should be enough mixture to cover each peice of chicken. If not mix together a bit more. Place in the oven cover with foil and bake at 150 degrees uncover for the last 10 minutes basting the chicken with the juices, Check chicken is cooked. Serve with rice chicken and jucies crispy green salad and garlic bread. Enjoy
