Method

  • 1.Pound steak to 1/2".
  • 2.Rub with crushed garlic and sprinkle with pepper.
  • 3.Score steak diagonally making diamond-shaped cuts.
  • 4.Place bacon on steaks and sprinkle with parsley.
  • 5.Roll up steaks and put a toothpick in every inch.
  • 6.Cut in 1- 1 1/2" pieces.
  • 7.Lay flat on broiler.
  • 8.Broil 5- 7 minutes on each side.

    • 2 lbs flank steaks
    • 5 slices bacon
    • ----- garlic crushed
    • ------ pepper
    • ------ parsley
