Method
1. Cream the margarine and sugar in a bowl by beating it with a mixer until it looks light and fluffy.
2. Beat in the eggs and vanilla essence
3. Stir in the flour, salt and chocolate
4. Place in small spoonfuls on a greased baking tray
5. Bake in the oven at 180c/350f/Gas mark 4 for about 10-15 minutes
