Method

  • 1. Cook pasta, whilst chopping other ingrediants
  • 2. Chop all vegetables and begin to fry them, once the onions and garic start to soften add the tin of chopped tomatoes and the tomato puree.
  • 3. Once pasta has cooked drain and add to the mixture along with the drained can of tuna.
  • 4. Mix throughly
  • 5. Top with chesse and place in oven until brown
  • This can be served on its own or with salad or a jacket potato

    • Tried this dish which was very nice. Just wondering when I should have put the stock cube in as mentioned in the ingredients?

    Ingredients

    • 1 courgette
    • 1 tin of chopped tomatos
    • 1 onion
    • 2 celery stalks
    • 1 large carrot
    • 1 small tin of tuna
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 1 vegetable stock cube
    •  a squirt of tomato puree
    • 3 cups of pasta
    •  cheese to top
    •  small amount of oil to fry

    This dish is really simple and delicious too doesnt take any length of time and is healthy too!!!
