Method

  • 1. Mixed the chopped apricot and raisins with the rum essence.

  • 2. Mix the sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and gingerbread powder.

  • 3. Mix both together.

  • 4. Beat the eggs, than add milk and honey. Slowly pour into the fluor mixture.

  • 5. Pour the dough into muffin cases, than bake it for about 20-25 minutes.

  • 6. Leave it to cool, than decorate with white icing and silver balls.

  • Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp. Honey
    • 500 ml Milk
    • 2 Eggs
    • 0.5 tsp. Gingerbread powder
    • 0.5 tsp. Ground cinnamon
    • 1 tsp. Baking powder
    • 250g Flour
    • 100g Sugar
    • 125g Butter
    • 50 ml Rum essence
    • 50g Chopped raisins
    • 200g Chopped dried apricot
