Ingredients
- 1 lb extra lean ground turkey
- 44 oz tomato sauce
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. oregano
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 box whole wheat lasagna noodles
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
- 4 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
- 8 oz shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated l°Catelli romano cheese
- 1 cup egg substitute
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
