Method

  • Sprinkle cheese over bread. Cut and brown bacon; sprinkle over mixture. Mix milk, mustard, eggs, salt, and pepper; pour over whole mixture. Let set overnight. Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Done when knife comes out clean

    • 8 slices crustless bread
    • 8 oz mild cheese
    • 1 lb bacon
    • 2 cup milk
    • ½ tsp mustard
    • 1 dozen eggs
    • to taste salt and pepper

    I make this omlett on sundays, when I have time. Great combinations of flavours and fill you up for a day.
