Method

  • The Cashew Sticks..... Rub together the Flour and Butter stir in the Egg White to make a stiff dough Add a little Iced Water if need be.
  • Crush and blend the nuts into the dough Knead and roll out to 4mm thick. Cut into 4mm x 125mm sticks (Approx) Placed on a baking tray bake for about 15 mins at 180c should make over 25 Cashew Sticks

  • Savoury Sticks... Proceed as for the 'Cashew Sticks' recipe (without the nuts) Just add the finely crumbled Stock Cube to the flour firs.t

  • Tips

    • I make 'Cheese Staws' with the 'Egg Yolk' left over. Plenty of recipes for these on Mydish
