The Cashew Sticks..... Rub together the Flour and Butter stir in the Egg White to make a stiff dough Add a little Iced Water if need be.
Crush and blend the nuts into the dough Knead and roll out to 4mm thick. Cut into 4mm x 125mm sticks (Approx) Placed on a baking tray bake for about 15 mins at 180c should make over 25 Cashew Sticks
Savoury Sticks... Proceed as for the 'Cashew Sticks' recipe (without the nuts) Just add the finely crumbled Stock Cube to the flour firs.t
Tips
I make 'Cheese Staws' with the 'Egg Yolk' left over. Plenty of recipes for these on Mydish
