Method

  • This is the Highball build method

  • 1. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.

  • 2. Add the gin, sweet vermouth and then the campari.

  • 3. Stir well with a swizzle stick.

  • 4. Serve with a twist of orange rind and a slice of orange to garnish.

    • Tips

    • Serve this cocktail either in an ice filled tall highball glass with a sclice of orange or alternatively shake it up in a cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice and strain it out into a cocktail glass and decorate with a slice of orange.
