Method

  • 1)Mix the soya drink and cuisine, chocolate and coconut milk
  • 2) steam on 100 deg for 2 mins, or simmer on a high heat, stirring constantly
  • 3)remove from heat and whisk vigorously before refrigerating
  • 4) serve cold covered with mint and coconut and berries

    • 1 cup any berries
    • 35g alpro soya light cuisine (cream)
    • 50g sugar
    • 100g coconut milk
    • 2tbsp chopped mint
    • 100g alpro soya drink (Choco or plain)
    • 50g dark chocolate
    • 4tbsp coconut

    This is a favourite of mine, being a dairy free girl means that often choco stuff just isnt suitable for me, but this works perfectly and really floats my boat
