Method

  • 1.Mix the tahina paste with cold water in a bowl.
  • 2.Add salt, cumin seeds, lemon juice, orange juice, pepper and salt.
  • 3.Mix well and keep aside.
  • 4.Heat oil in a skillet.
  • 5.Add garlic and half of onion.
  • 6.Sautee until brown.
  • 7.Add the tahina mix and keep boiling on low heat until well cooked.
  • 8.Allow to cool.
  • 9.When it cools, arrange the grilled fish on the mix and top it with fried onions and pine nuts.
  • 10.Serve hot.
  • Ingredients

    • 50g grilled hamour fish
    • 50g tahini paste
    • 1 large onions
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp. orange juice
    • ΒΌ tsp. salt
    • to taste cumin seed
    • to taste white pepper
    • 3-4 tbsp. oil
    • 1 tsp. pine nuts
    • 100 ml cold water
    • 2 tbsp. olive oil

    I love fish. I usually make this great side dish when it's Ramadan.
