The beauty of this meal is that you can put pretty much anything into it.
e.g. Fresh Pasta with Smoked Salmon Sauce, Fry Up, Vegetable Jalfrezi and Rice, Roast Chicken Dinner, Bacon Onion & Tomato Pizza, Sesame Noodle Salad, Cheese on Toast- National Dish of Wales (see my other recipe) or Crisps.
Gather your selected ingredients and cut them into small pieces. Chop up an onion and shallow fry it for a couple of mins untill it appears slightly translucent. Chuck all the ingredients into a frying pan and cook them for a couple of mins. When cooked serve on a slice of buttered bread and fold and enjoy.
