Method
1.Sift flour and sugar and 2 tea spoons baking powder
2.Melt Butter
3.Seperate Eggs
4.Beat Egg Whites and add 1 teaspoon of baking powder
5.Whisk Egg Yolks gradually add melted butter, vanilla and water
6.Mix dry ingredients into egg yolk mixture
7.Fold in the egg whites
8.Spoon into cup cake holders, bake 15 Minutes on 180c

- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ cup boiling water
- 3 heaped tea spoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

These are the best cupcakes ever. My neighbour ate seven and said it was like eating clouds. Delicious!!

1/2 cup of butter is 4ozand 1 cup of cake flour is 4oz
