Method

  • Place the butter or margarine in a bowl and beat with a wooden spoon or blender until light and fluffy. Add the icing sugar and flavouring and beat until smooth.
  • Ingredients

    • 100g / 4oz Butter or Margarine
    • 200g / 8oz Icing sugar sifted
    • 2 tsp / 2 x5ml spoons  Flavouring

    You can use any sort of flavouring you like for this recipe, Cocoa Powder, Vanilla Essence, Lemon juice anything!
