Method

  • 1. Put half a large pack of biscuits into a paper bag and crunch the biccies into small bits.

  • 2. Put in a bowl the chocolate poweder, sugar, syrup and butter and melt.

  • 3. Add biscuits into the chocolate mixture and fold in until all biscuits are covered.

  • 4. Put into a square baking tray and leave in the fridge to set

    • I made this the other day for a bake sale for Comic Relief. It went down really well! Loads of people asked for the recipe ;o)

      I added 100g dark chocolate & 50g milk as I didn't have quite enough chocolate powder, it was delish! Definitely tastes better when out of the fridge for a little while.

    A variation on my chocolate crispies
