Apricot Pudding

Ingredients

  • The weight of two eggs Flour sugar and butter
  • ¼ tin Apricots
  • 1 tbs Juice (any)
  • ½ tsp Baking powder

Method

Beat all the ingredients except the apricots into a cream. Rub the apricots through a coarse sieve and then add to the cream. Steam for two hours.
