A friend at my childrens play centre gave me this recipe 35 years ago and it is a family favourite. Can be used for just a regular dinner but great for dinner parties as well because everyone loves it. Baked potatoes or my baked and stuffed potatoes and a big green salad with some garlic bread complete the dinner.
