Fry off the onion and garlic.
Add the beef, chopped chilli and worcester sauce and a few turns of black pepper.
When the beef is just cooked, add the chopped pepper and cook until the beef gets some golden brown bits.
Add the chili powder and oxo cube and stir in.
Add the copped tomatoes and tomato puree.
Drain and wash the kidney beans before adding them.
Finally, stir through the cocoa powder and check for seasoning.
