Creamy Penne with Broccoli

Method

  • 1-Boil the pasta until al dente and drain it.
  • 2-Wash and cut the broccoli then boil until almost cooked then drain.
  • 3-Melt the vegetable stock cube in a pan with the cream, then add the parmesan, butter, salt, black pepper, white pepper, oregano and basil all together.
  • 4-Put the pasta with the broccoli in a pyrex and pour the sauce on top of it, then put the shredded mozzarella on top and put in the oven on low heat until sauce thickens, then brown the top.
  • Ingredients

    • 400g penne pasta
    • 250g fresh or frozen broccoli
    • 2 cups creme fraiche
    • 1 and ½ cube maggi vegetable stock or ½ a cup of your choice of vegetable stock
    • 150g parmesan cheese
    • 100g mozzarella cheese
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 2 tbsp salt
    • 1 tbsp black pepper
    • 1 tbsp white pepper
    • 1 tbsp oregano
    • 1 tbsp basil
