2-Wash and cut the broccoli then boil until almost cooked then drain.
3-Melt the vegetable stock cube in a pan with the cream, then add the parmesan, butter, salt, black pepper, white pepper, oregano and basil all together.
4-Put the pasta with the broccoli in a pyrex and pour the sauce on top of it, then put the shredded mozzarella on top and put in the oven on low heat until sauce thickens, then brown the top.
