Mushroom Baked Potatoes

Method

  • 1. Baked the potatoes for an 1 hour and cut them in half and scoop the insides into a bowl.
  • 2. Cut the mushroom, fry it on the oil with the parsley.
  • 3. Mix the potatoe and mushroom and seasonit with the salt.
  • 4. Scoop it back into the potatoe skin and pour the sour cream on top.
  • 5. Put it back to the oven for a further 15 min.
  • 6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

    • A simple recipe easy to do and appetising. Good for older people too that are not experienced!

    • 16 oz mushroom
    • 2 tbsp. olive oil
    • 1-2 cup sour cream
    • 1 tbsp. butter
    • to garnish parsley chopped
    • to taste salt
