Mince Meat Kebabs

Method

  • To the mince, add all the above ingredients and mix well.

  • Use the handle of a wooden spoon (oiled) to squeeze the kebabs into shape.

  • Slide it off the spoon onto a grill tray and cook for 20-30 minutes - turning frequently.

  • Serve with mint chutney.

    • Very tasty and very easy to make. Had to use dry ginger n mint but worked just as well. Made a mushroom rice to go with it. I always struggle to find new n tasty things to do with mince, so this is perfect and will def b made again, Thank you.

    Ingredients

    • 500 gms Lean lamb/beef mince meat
    • per taste Salt
    • ½ tea spoon Turmeric powder
    • 1 tea spoon Crushed garlic
    • 1" Crushed ginger
    • ½ tea spoon Garam masala
    • 2 Eggs - beaten and mixed
    • 2 Slices of bread - soaked in little water
    • 2 tea spoon Oil
    • 3-5 Fresh mint leaves
