- 1 small onion chopped
- ½ red pepper chopped
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 100g lean minced beef
- 1(230g) can chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. tomato purée
- ½ tsp. chilli powder
- pinch of paprika
- 1(125g) can kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
- 75g dried pasta shapes cooked drained and refreshed
- 25g granary breadcrumbs
- 15g grated parmesan cheese
