  • • Muesli, yoghurt and apple or banana
  • • Scrambled eggs on wholewheat or rye toast
  • • Cottage cheese of wholewheat bagel
  • Ingredients

    • 1½ cups of low fat yougurt plain low fat yogurt
    • 1 Banana
    • 1 cup fresh/frozen blueberries
    • ½ cup each mixed fruits
    • 2 tbs flax oil (or ½ cup flaxseeds)
    • 3 cups low fat milk or substitute
    • 2 tbs peanut butter (optional)
