Ingredients

- 1 lrg Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 med Aubergine, cut in cubes
- 300g Lean diced lamb
- 150g Red split lentls, unsoaked
- 200g Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Ground Tumeric
- 1 tsp Ground Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ bunch Fresh Coriander
- 1 tablet Sweetener
- 250ml Greek Yoghurt (0% Fat)
- to taste Salt and Pepper
