Add Oil to hot saucepan, add in oregano, basil, garlic (crushed), mixed herbs (optional) and chopped onion.
Leave to allow onions to go soft.
Add mince, and mix in with herbs and onions, make sure meat is broken down into smaller pieces, as to cook flavour through the meat and to avoid big clumps.
Once some parts of the mince start to go brown add tomato paste.
When meat is all brown add tomatos and salt and pepper.
Leave to simmer on a low heat for about 10-20 mins.
