Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven to 400F, Gas Mark 6, 200C
  • 2. Place the vegetables into a greased pie dish.
  • 3. Arrange the sliced hard boild eggs over the top of the vegetables.
  • 4. Pour over the cheese sauce and cover with the mashed potato.
  • 5. Sprinkle on the grated cheese and bake for about 30 minutes.
  • Ingredients

    • 500g Mashed potato
    • 2 tbsp. Grated cheddar cheese
    • 500g Mixed diced vegetables
    • 3 Hard boiled eggs
    • 250 ml  Cheese sauce
