Method

  • 1. Set the oven to 240celsius/475fahrenheit/gas mark 9 .

  • 2. Scrub the potatoes until clean.Cut then in half lengthwise,then cut hem into narrow wedges.

  • 3. Brush the baking sheet with oil.Lay the potatoe wedges in one layer on top,then brush with oil and season.

  • 4. Bake the potatoes wedges on the top shelf of the oven for about 20 minutes or until crisp,golden brown, and puffy.

    • 4-5 Tablespoons of sunflower or olive oil
    •  Salt
    •  Pepper
