Fresh Pasta with Smoked Salmon Sauce

This is an "easy recipe" donated by Jean Friede

Method

1.Melt the butter in a frying pan. 2.Gently fry the shallots for about 3 mins (until softened). 3. Pour in the cream and warm through.
4. Stir in salmon strips and dill and cook for about 5 mins. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss the sauce with the fresh cooked pasta.
6. Garnish with sprigs of dill and fresh salad

Ingredients

Shallot Finely Chopped 2
Double Cream ½ Pint
Smoked Salmon Sliced Into Strips 4oz
Dill Finely Chopped 3 Tablespoons
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Butter 2oz
Dill A Couple Of Sprigs
