Microwave All Chocolate Brownie

Method

  • Break hocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl with the butter. Cook this for 3 minutes (high power).

  • Beat eggs and sugar together until creamy.

  • Mix flour with salt and baking powder. Stir all ingredients together.

  • Line an 8 x 8 glass baking pan (not a metal one, but one that can be used in a microwave) with wax paper.

  • Put the mixture into baking pan. Cook for 8 and 1/2 minutes (rotate pan 1/4 of a turn during cooking).

  • Cool brownies in the dish. Remove paper and cut brownies into 12 squares.

    • 6 tsp Butter
    • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 tsp Baking powder
    • 1 cup Flour
    • 1 cup Sugar
    • ½ cup Chopped peacan nuts
