Method

  • Peel and coor the apples. Cut them into slices.
  • Spread the apples evenly in a square glass pan.

  • In a bowl, mix together: the melted butter, sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon.

  • Pour the mixture over the apples.

  • Cook on high power in the microwave for 10 to 12 minutes, until apples can easily be pierced with a knife.

  • Serve with a tablespoon of cream fraiche or some vanilla ice cream

    • 170g Brown sugar
    • 80g porridge oats
    • 70g Flour
    • 1 tsp Grounded cinnamon
