Method

  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius

  • Greece 2 baking trays

  • Beat the margarine until soft then add the sugar, mix together until light and fluffy

  • Stir in the syrup, flour, chocolate chips and milk then mix well

  • Place spoonfuls of mixture onto the prepared trays

  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes

  • Remove from the trays and place on a wire rack to cool.
