Method

  • Marinate lamb with curd. Finely chop onions, garlic and ginger.

  • Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the chopped onions, ginger and garlic till it turns golden brown.

  • Add turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, nutmeg powder, pepper powder and coriander powder.

  • Add the marinated lamb to this. Add little water and cook it for about 30 minutes.

  • When cooked add the almond paste and the cream. Finally add garam masala powder.

  • Garnish with roasted almonds and coriander leaves.

  • Serve with rice or naan.

    • 150g Onion
    • 4 Garlic flakes
    • 30g Ghee
    • 2 tsp Coriander powder
    • 1 tsp Cumin powder
    • 1 tsp Garam masala
    • 2g Nutmeg powder
    • ½ tsp White pepper powder
    • 2g Turmeric powder
    • 2 tbsp Almond paste
    • 125ml Curd
    • 125ml Cream
    • ¼ cup Coriander leaves
    •  Salt
