Method

  • 1. Weight the eggs

  • 2. Get the same measurement for butter sugar and flour

  • 3. Mix butter and sugar

  • 4. Add eggs and vanilla

  • 5. Add flour

  • 6. Cook on 180C for 10-15 minutes or until brown

    • Love it, I only wanted to make a small amount so using this method, I just weighed one egg and made a few, and its so simple to follow - thanks!
