2. Heat 1tbsp olive oil in pan and add vegetables. Cook gently until soft, will take approx 8 - 9 mins. Whilst cooking add approx 1tbsp ketchup and 1tsp Basil.
3. Add the cooked vegetables to the raw mince, mix thoroughly until mixture sticks together.
4. Roll into burger shapes, will make approx 6 patties.
5. Heat 1tbsp oil in frying pan and cook burgers on both sides, until cooked all the way through, will take approx 15 minutes.
6. Serve on burger muffins with a slice of cheese, burger relish and lettuce.
