Method

  • In wok add gee, chicken and onions and cook.

  • Add chickpeas and spices.

  • When cooked add milk and allow sauce to thicken.

  • Mix with rice before serving

    • 600g Diced chicken pieces
    • 1 tin Chickpeas
    • 1 Chopped onion
    • 2 tbsp Garlic paste
    • 2 tsp Cumin powder
    • ΒΌ pint Milk
    •  Gee
    • 400g Boiled basmati rice with a tsp of saffron
