" Quick to prepare but tasty pasta dish "
1. Place the tomatoes, vinegar, chilli, most of the coriander and seasoning to taste in a food processor and mix until smooth.
2. Cook spaghetti as per packet
3. Heat the oil and fry the onion and bacon for 5-6 mins, stirring occasionally, until golden.
4. Add the tomato mixture to the bacon and heat through.
5. Serve the spaghetti onto four plates and top with the tomato & bacon sauce.
6. Add the remaining chopped coriander and serve immediately.
