Separate the eggs - put the whites in one bowl and yolks in another.
Add the flour,baking powder,salt,milk to the egg yolks and mix.
Whip egg whites in the other bowl, until soft peaks then fold into batter mixture.
Heat frying pan with a coating of oil in when hot add batter for one pancake ...not to thick....when ready flip over and brown other side.
Serve with maple syrup,cream and ice cream. Enjoy .....
