Method

  • Oven 180C
  • Cream margarine and sugar till light
  • Beat in eggs one at a time with a little flour
  • Fold in rest of flour and currants
  • Half fill cake cases and bake for about 15 mins
  • Should make about 12 -18
  • Big Nana made them nice and fat as always put more in the cake case
