Method

-Melt the butter,

-Put all the ingredients into a bowl but DO NOT put the sponge flour in aswell,

-Stir until smooth and creamy,

-Sieve the flour into the bowl little by little,

-Now stir well again,

-Put mixture into cup cake holders,

-Finally put in oven on gas mark 150 degrees and take out when goldish.
