Ingredients
- 4 Hake Steaks
- To taste Salt and pepper
- A little flour for dusting
- 1 to 2 Tblsp vegetable oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tsp Freshly chopped ginger
- 1 stem Lemon grass finely chopped
- 1 to 2 Tsp red or green Thai curry paste
- 1 Dried Asian lime leaf crumbled (optional)
- 2 Tsp Palm sugar or brown sugar
- 2 Cloves Crushed garlic
- 2 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 Can Coconut milk
- To Taste Fresh Coriander
- 12 Leaves Fresh basil (shredded)
- 1 Fresh lime juice
