1) using a sharp knife make slash marks in the skin of the chicken pieces and lay out in a large oven proof dish
2) Mix the Tandoori spice with the youghurt to make a marinade. Spoon over the chicken pieces ensuring they are all well covered.
3) Cover the whole dish with tin foil, cling fil or a lid and leave over night (you might want to turn them over everyso often so they are evely covered.
3) Grill, roast or barbecue until done then tuck in.
