  • 1. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk

    • 300 ml double cream
    • 75g light muscovado sugar
    • 1 heaped tsp. instand coffee (dissolved in milk)
    • 1 tsp. warm milk
    • 75 ml milk
    • 50 ml whisky
