Method

  • 1. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk
  • until thick.
  • 2.Spoon into one large or 4 individual glass
  • dishes.
  • 3. Chill until required.
  • Ingredients

    • 300 ml double cream
    • 75g light muscovado sugar
    • 1 heaped tsp. instand coffee (dissolved in milk)
    • 1 tsp. warm milk
    • 75 ml milk
    • 50 ml whisky
