Method

  • 1.Mix butter and sugar together till soft.When donw add eggs by portions.

  • 2.Shift the dry ingredients together(flour,salt,backingsoda and cocoa.

  • 3.Stir in the liquid ingredients(vanilla,milk)

  • 4.Pour the mixture into and 8 inch greased and floured round pan.

  • 5.Bake at 350degress celuis for 30-40 mins.

  • 6.Let the cake cool.

  • 7.Frost as desired(frosting,icing).

  • 8.For an optional garnish,sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the cake.
