Method

  • First got to a sink and wash your hands.

  • Secondly cream togrther the margarine and sugar.

  • Seve in the flour when the margarine and sugar is ready.

  • after that add in all 5 eggs and the coconut.

  • Next mix in the vinila essence, baking powder and water.blend every thing together really well until you get a creamy mixture.

  • Then spoon it in a pre-heated oven. Gas mark 5 for 50 mins.

  • When 50 mins are done take out the cake.

  • Finally use your decorations to degsien your cake.

    • 6 oz discated coconut
    • 5 large eggs
    • 2 tsp vinila essence
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 2 tbls water
