Method

  • Rinse salmon & pat dry. Grill on one side.

  • Place on lightly oiled foil, grilled side down.
  • Brush over with salad cream.

  • Blitz together the pecans, parsley, breadcrumbs, cheese & seasoning. Press the mix into the salad cream.

  • Grill for 5 min or till crust is brown

    • 4 tbsp Salad Cream
    • 8 tbsp Grated Cheese
    • 4 tbsp Chopped Parsley
    • 12 tbsp Fresh breadcrumbs
    • to taste salt pepper
    • 20 Grated pecans or walnuts
