Method

  • Preheat oven to 160 C

  • Cream the butter / margarine with the sugar, eggs & vanilla essence.

  • Fold in the sieved flour & drinking chocolate, alternating with the milk & water (ie 1tbsp flour, 1 tbsp liquid etc)

  • Finally add the melted chocolate & stir until mixed through.

  • Bake for 45 min

    • 115 g Butter or Margerine
    • 2 Eggs
    • 3 drops Vanilla Essence
    • 140 g Self Raising Flour Sieved
    • 85 g Drinking Chocolate Sieved
    • 2 Tbsp Hot Water
    • 2 Tbsp Cold Milk
    • 57 g Plain Chocolate Melted
