cut oranges and extract juice and keep the eighthalves for service.use skin of two oranges into pieces.boil it in water for few minutes and drain keep aside.crush peppercorns coarsly. dissolve saffron in milk.wash the rice and soak in waterfor half and hour drain and keep aside.heat ghee in a sauce pan add cinnamon,cloves,green cardamonand saute for a minute and rice and saute add sugartwo cups of orange juice and one cup of water to the rice. addcrushed peppercorns and orange rind and stir once. add the saffron and stir.cover tightly and cook on midium heat till done. serve rice in orange halves.
