Method

  • Throw everything into a blender. Whizz. Pour. Done.

  • Great for children - particularly as you can use shreddies, weetabix, any other friut..... and you can sneak in a few other healthy things too - they won't notice!

    • I would not recommend it as the ingredients will settle out and you would have to whizz it up again. Just as quick to start from scratch.

    • Nice idea when you don't have time to eat something at home for breakfast, you can bring it at work! Do you think I can prepare it the day before and store it in the fridge?

    • 2 banannas
    • a handful of stoned dates
    • glug of maple syrup
    • ½-1 pt milk

    This is an excellent fast alternative for breakfast which exudes both comfort and health. Kids love it.
