Throw everything into a blender. Whizz. Pour. Done.
Great for children - particularly as you can use shreddies, weetabix, any other friut..... and you can sneak in a few other healthy things too - they won't notice!
Nice idea when you don't have time to eat something at home for breakfast, you can bring it at work! Do you think I can prepare it the day before and store it in the fridge? Thanks!

i used chocolate porridge and it was even nicer and i used honey instead of syrup!

I would not recommend it as the ingredients will settle out and you would have to whizz it up again. Just as quick to start from scratch.
