Kids Vegetable Curry

Tips
- If the flavour is too strong just add some natural yogurt. As an alternative to this vegetarian dish, you can make a chicken curry by replacing the butternut squash with pieces of diced chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 Butternut pumpkin, peeled, deseeded and cut into cubes
- 300g Sweet potato, peeled and cut into cubes
- 150g Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Red pepper, cut into strips
- 350g Finest Royal Korma sauce
- 200 ml Vegetable stock
- 75g Green beans, washed and trimmed
- 75g Peas, frozen
- 250g Basmati rice
